By engaging with USimples LLC (“USimples,” “we,” “our,” or “the Company”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all services provided by USimples and form a legally binding agreement between the Client and the Company.

USimples is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services.
All services offered by USimples are non-legal in nature, including administrative support, document organization, process guidance, translations, and general consulting related to academic, immigration, or bureaucratic procedures.
Clients are encouraged to consult a licensed attorney for legal matters or legal interpretation.
2. Service Scope
Our support services may include:
Preparing and organizing non-legal documentation based on information provided by the Client;
Assisting with form-filling, translations, and procedural guidance;
Offering general information about how certain processes work.
All services are rendered solely based on publicly available information and the Client’s own input. USimples does not provide legal strategies or individualized legal assessments.
3. Non-Reliance on Communications
Any verbal or written communication from USimples is not to be interpreted as legal advice or a legal opinion.
Any suggestions or guidance provided are strictly administrative in nature and should not substitute for the advice of a licensed attorney.
4. Client Responsibility
The Client agrees to:
Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and documentation;
Understand that the success or outcome of any application or process depends solely on the relevant government or institutional authority;
Accept that USimples is not responsible for rejections, delays, or denials resulting from errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in the Client’s submissions.
5. Fees and Payments
All fees paid to USimples are for non-legal administrative services and are strictly non-refundable, regardless of outcome.
Payments must be made in advance and cover only the specific service agreed upon.
USimples is not responsible for additional costs such as government fees, translations, notary services, or third-party expenses unless explicitly stated in writing.
6. No Refund Policy
By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
All fees are final and non-refundable, even if the Client:
Changes their mind or personal circumstances;
Fails to qualify or complete the process;
Provides false or misleading information;
Receives a denial from an official institution or agency.
7. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
USimples reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time, especially if:
The Client exhibits inappropriate, dishonest, or abusive behavior;
The Client demands legal advice or representation;
The Client engages in conduct inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and services may be terminated immediately.
8. Confidentiality
USimples will treat client data as confidential and will not share information with third parties unless:
Authorized by the Client;
Required by law;
Necessary for completing a service (e.g., translation or mailing).
9. Limitation of Liability
USimples shall not be held liable for:
Outcomes decided by third parties such as immigration authorities, academic institutions, or government agencies;
Missed deadlines or negative results due to the Client’s delay, inaction, or errors;
Any misunderstanding of our role as a non-legal support provider.
10. Governing Law

11. Acknowledgment
By using any service provided by USimples, the Client confirms that they:
